  4. Enclosed is a copy of a staff report being transmitted
  5. to the City Planning Commission relative to the down
  6. zoning of the Los Amigas property.  The Commission will
  7. be considering the suggestions made at its regular meeting
  8. of July 2, 19XX after 2:15 P.M., in Room 561-A, City Hall.

  10. I think it is extremely important that we attend.  Since
  11. this is one of several matters to be acted upon, it is
  12. difficult to know precisely when they will act upon our
  13. matter.

  15. Please let me know if you will be able to go with me.  It
  16. might not be a bad idea to have Phil Watson present also.
